They have terrible customer service, they don't get things done on the date they said they will. They say one time and change it repeatedly. They spelled my name wrong in the embroidery they did for me when I wrote it clearly correctly for them. I would NOT recommend this company if you want a job well done.
I had to give it one star to write review. What a disaster to get things done. Professional and organization was skipped in this company. From poor quality shirts, screwed up graphics, and forgotten orders, it is worth going elsewhere. Totally disappointed. Dont waste your time here, try aomewhere else
Gulfside does all of our display banners, brochures and logo embroidery on our shirts. They always deliver above our expectations and deliver on time. This last week we left town for a trade show and forgot to pick up one of our custom embroidered shirts. Called and Michelle was super helpful. Shipped the shirt to our WPB office that day and we will be receiving it in plenty of time for our trade show Friday. :) Thanks!
Recently brought a car in for an estimate to have it wrapped.. I was treated well and they were prompt on measuring the vehicle and giving me a written estimate. Googled them to find out their Saturday as I wanted to give them the required 50% down payment..8am to Noon was posted,drove up to find door locked and sign posted "Saturdays by appointment only"....Come Monday I called shortly after 9am and was politely greeted and transferred to S------ only to leave a voicemail, called back again a 10am and was transferred to J------ leaving another voicemail...It's been now 2 days and haven't heard back from either...As a buisness owner and more importantly a customer I know the frustration of the lack of commuication on the vendor's side....Long story short,I took my business elsewhere and got a better deal....
